The data came from the Danish Diet, Cancer, and Health population survey, which was utilized by the researchers. In the early nineties, 57,053 people aged 50 to 64 enrolled in the survey, completing questionnaires about their food patterns and lifestyle.
In the years thereafter, researchers have been able to identify people who experienced bleeding and blood clots in the brain by using the Danish registry.
Christina Dahm’s study shows that it should be followed upon in the context of today’s Danish diet and lifestyle. It includes an increased amount of new sustainable foods like oat milk and plant-based processed meats. Denmark’s Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Fisheries, along with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, released several climate-friendly dietary suggestions that resembled sustainable diets at the start of the year.
